Meeting called to order by Jerry Griffin at 3:15p.m.
Minutes of 10 May 2011 were approved.

-Change meeting time to 2:45 on a trial basis.
-Change meeting room to Room 157.
-Would like to see goals tackle issues and upcoming events that may need help
-Would look at things differently, bring us things that don’t go anywhere else
-Reconfiguration:
-Dominic Barse and Dave Brooks worked hard on transportation map
-If BOE says go, would like to present to staffs at March Staff Development
-Hope to hash out logistical and budget issues, cachement area, seniority, supplies, and room placement
