Minutes of 11 October 2011 were approved.
Shareholder Reports
-Staff meetings held
-Fountas and Pinnell testing done building wide
-Working on goals, meeting next Wednesday
-New playground equipment installed
-Building wide Fountas and Pinnell testing completed
-Goals are formed
-All dates set in calendar for year
-Holding a food drive
-Fountas and Pinnell testing ongoing for about another 2 weeks

-Reconfiguration meeting with MFT officers
-Reviewing district agreement on transfers
-Meeting Thursday to predict where problems may occur
-Hoping to take a traveling show to elementary buildings

-Hoping to get staffing issues out of the way in the fall
-Residual issues handled in the spring (supplies and equipment)
-Wish to compile a list of positions available in each building
-Factors include impending retirements, financials, and limited certifications
