Meeting called to order by Secretary Melissa Smith at 3:20 p.m.


Without a quorum, no minutes were approved.


Shareholder Reports


            -Info sessions for pre-K on 6 May

            -Young Fives intro also

            -PTA sponsored Grandparents gathering

            -June play with Greg Fisher’s class




            St. Joseph’s

            -4th grade science tests taken and scored

            -2 PBIS assemblies held

            -Musicale at MMS 6 May

            -5th graders to MMS for 6th grade orientation 1st week of June

            -St. Joe’s Idol being held again this year


            Middle School


            -Fun Night

            -Precious Pups assembly

            -Concert 13 May

            -BMX show in May for drug free and safety

            -Flower power fund raiser

            -7th graders to Wild Center in Tupper

            -8th graders to Ausable Chasm

            -More security cameras added to interior and exterior


            Franklin Academy

            -AP exams are currently being taken

            -Safe Choices week with “Saved by a Choice” Thursday

            -Prom at 8 pm on the 16th

            -Band trip to NYC on Memorial Day weekend

            -Speech and Debate Students to Nationals Tournament Memorial Day weekend

            -Academic Awards 6 June

            -Spring Fling 15 June, after finals before Regents

            -Graduation 27 June









            -In Albany lobbying



            -Davis PTA teacher appreciation

            -End of year transitional meetings of PTA held on-line  



            -Budget finalizing, hearing tonight at MMS, vote at MMS on 19th

            -Federal money going to aid students with disabilities

            -Mr. Walbridge attended PBIS meeting in Saranac Lake

            -Regional staff development planning

            -ESI rep to meet with FA, administration, and Flanders on 13th

            -Remainder to meet early June
