Meeting called to order by Jerry Griffin at 2:50p.m.
Minutes of 8 November 2011 were approved.
Shareholder Reports
-Race to the Top team identified 12 shifts for Common Core Standards
-Literacy walk through for grant
-Brain Pop Jr funding-a web based science site
-SIC focused on reconfiguration
-PBIS and Core Team meeting
-Bowling for PBIS reward
-December 16 will be a ½ day of crafts
-December 18 will be a Christmas read aloud

-Reconfiguration met last Thursday, everyone knows where they will be

-Reconfiguration went smoothly because of District and MFT working together
-All 3 elementary buildings have a nice solid staff
-Supplies ordering has started with BOCES bids due 22 December
Old Business
-As positions open due to retirements, postings will follow
-Need to catalog what each building has as resources
-Communication is key
-Supply orders should go to the next year’s principal
-Special area staff should stay put
-TA’s position is unique, long term subs versus full time employees
-Should be on track for 16 March staff development day get together
-March 16 have differentiated instruction for Middle and High School
-Tech needs a good inventory and list of what goes where
-MFT and District meet on Reconfiguration
-22 December the reading teachers meet
