NEW: Free and Reduced Form for 2011-2012

The Malone Central School District provides a link to a web site called "MyNutrikids.com" to allow parents to:

• View purchase history
• Check account balances
• Sign up for email notifications when balances get low.

These benefits are available regardless of whether payment is made electronically through their website or by check at the school.

Payments can be made electronically via credit card or PayPal. MyNutrikids.com charges a convenience fee of $1.75 for each time a payment is made electronically.

Payments can be made at no charge to the child's account at the child's school cafeteria. Please note that one check must be written per school. If payment is made to the school cafeteria, please note that the check should be made out to Malone Central School District.

• Include the child's name on the check
• Include the child's account number
