PROCEDURES FOR REVIEWING
PERSONNEL FOLDERS
1.
Twenty-four hour notice must be given to the superintendent's office of
your intent to review your personnel folder.
2.
The folder can be reviewed at any time during business hours.
3.
Folders will be reviewed in the office of the secretary to the
superintendent.
4.
Requests for copies of materials will be made to the secretary to the
superintendent.
A personnel folder for
each District employee is kept on file in the Superintendent's Office.
